Historical exploration programs clearly identified a vast highly oxide rich gabbro carrying anomalous titaniferous magnetite and ilmenite with potential of a world class size vanadium deposit ranging from 0.49% V2O5 to 1.10% over a 2,000m strike :
Historical Compilation Map with newly discovered Fe-Ti-V ore grade mineralized gabbro in purple
Compilation map of 2019 work performed by Denis Fitzpatrick, P. Geo, of Notre-Dame, New Brunswick (Work Report 478740). Fitzpatrick’s detailed work identified multiple Fe-Ti-V ore-grade outcrops along a 2,000m long strike. Six samples returning values ranging from 0.49% V2O5 up to 1.10% V2O5 and 6.18% TiO that established a zone of Fe-Ti-V mineralization over a 600m wide by 2,000m long zone.
